- It’s strictly forbidden to make noise after 10 p.m.
- Parties are strictly forbidden
- An extra 10 euros for the entire stay is charged for two guests when they need to use the sofabed to sleep.
- Check-out is until 11 a.m
- Late check-out is possible but it must be always arranged directly with us. Charges may be applied.
- Check in time is flexible and sometimes is possible to leave the luggage at the apartment and collect the keys after 11 am (or sooner). Please inquire for disponibilaty
- We need about 2-3 hours to prepare the apartment
- Guest cannot use the apartment neither stay on the apartment while it’s being prepared
- Early check-in may be possible . When there’s someone leaving the apartment the same day, an early check-in time will always depend on the previous check-out. Charges may be applied, specially when the must be blocked for the previous night.
- A charge of 10 euros is applied for check in after 8 pm.
- A charge of 20 euros is applied for check in after 9 pm.
- A charge of 30 euros is applied for check in after 12 am.
- We provide transfers from the airport to the apartment. Price is 45 euros, for 1-4 persons. When is possible to provide de transfer to the apartment, no extra fee is charged for late check-in.
- Late check-out is possible but it must be always arranged directly with us. Charges may be applied
- When it’s not possible to have a late checkout, we let the guests leave their luggage on the apartment until as late as possible
- Guests must leave the apartment cleaned and tidy
- Garbage can’t be left on the apartment.
